Read this passage
A neighbourhood library began lending small gardening tools in addition to books. Members may borrow a tool for three days. The library started the program after residents said they wanted to grow plants but did not want to buy equipment they might use only once. Volunteers also offer a short workshop every Saturday. After two months, the most frequently borrowed items were hand trowels and watering cans. The library plans to ask members whether they would use a seed exchange next spring.
